Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of freewowgold.com and any related services (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or subject to sanctions.
  • Partner networks may impose their own age and location requirements on individual offers.

3. Accounts

One account per person and per household. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Providing false information, or registering additional accounts to claim offers more than once, is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Nuggets and balances

  • Nuggets are a promotional, non-monetary unit of account internal to the Service.
  • Nuggets have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not a stored-value or payment instrument, cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • Nuggets credited in error, or arising from a reversed, fraudulent, duplicated or charged-back offer completion, may be removed from your balance at any time without notice.
  • Balances on accounts with no activity for twelve consecutive months may be forfeited following notice to your registered email address.
  • We may change conversion rates. Changes are published on the rewards page before taking effect and do not apply retroactively to orders already in the delivery queue.

5. Offers and third-party networks

Offers are supplied by independent third-party advertising networks and advertisers. We do not control their content, tracking, pricing or availability, and we do not guarantee that any offer will track or credit. Your interaction with an advertiser — including any free trial, subscription or purchase you choose to enter into — is a matter between you and that advertiser, and is governed by their terms.

Where an offer requires payment or entry of payment details, that requirement is disclosed on the offer before you begin. You are never required to complete a paid offer to use the Service.

6. Delivery of in-game currency

Redemptions are fulfilled by delivering in-game currency to a character you nominate. You are responsible for supplying an accurate game, region, server or realm, and character name. Deliveries made to details you supplied incorrectly cannot be recovered or re-credited.

6.1 Publisher terms and account risk — read carefully

Most game publishers, including Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., prohibit the acquisition of in-game currency from third parties. Receiving a delivery may breach the end-user licence agreement or terms of service of the game concerned and may result in the suspension, restriction or permanent closure of your game account, and in the removal of currency or items.

You acknowledge and accept this risk in full. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] makes no representation that any delivery is permitted by any publisher, and has no liability whatsoever for any action taken by a publisher against your game account, including loss of access, characters, items, currency, progress or purchased content. No refund or re-credit is available in these circumstances.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Operate more than one account, or use another person's identity or details;
  • Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, virtual machines, device spoofing or automation to complete offers;
  • Submit false information to an advertiser or complete offers without genuine intent;
  • Interfere with, probe or attempt to circumvent tracking, postbacks, rate limits or security controls;
  • Resell, broker or commercialise access to the Service or to Nuggets;
  • Use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected breaches, and may suspend delivery, freeze or forfeit a balance, and close an account where we reasonably determine a breach has occurred.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or where required by a partner network, payment provider or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting partnerships@freewowgold.com. Unspent Nuggets are forfeited on closure.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that offers will always be available or will credit correctly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, game accounts, game progress or in-game property, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us, which for most users is zero, or (b) USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of any third-party terms including those of a game publisher.

12. Intellectual property

All game names, trademarks, logos and related marks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Free WoW Gold is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any game publisher. Such marks are used solely to describe the currencies for which rewards may be redeemed, under applicable nominative fair use principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notified to your registered email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of [STATE / COUNTRY] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
