1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
You give us
- Account details: email address and a password hash (we never store passwords in plain text);
- Delivery details: game, region, server or realm, and character name;
- Support correspondence, including any screenshots or receipts you send us.
Collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, and timezone;
- Device and browser type, operating system, screen characteristics;
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps;
- Anti-fraud signals such as VPN, proxy and emulator detection.
From third parties
- Offer completion events from partner advertising networks, including the offer identifier, transaction identifier, payout amount and completion time;
- Fraud and reversal notifications from those same networks.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers. Where an advertiser's offer requires payment details, those are collected by that advertiser, not by us.

4. Sharing
We share personal data with:
- Partner advertising networks — a pseudonymous user identifier is passed so that completions can be attributed to your balance. We do not pass your email address to them.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, content delivery, email and error monitoring, acting as processors under contract.
- Delivery agents — the character name and game details needed to complete a delivery.
- Authorities — where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions, authentication and fraud prevention. Analytics and any advertising cookies are set only where you have consented, and consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie controls on the site or your browser settings. Partner offer walls may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
6. International transfers
Our providers and partner networks may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or the UK Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate supplementary measures.
7. Retention
- Account data: for as long as the account is open, then up to 12 months after closure;
- Transaction and payout records: 7 years, for accounting and chargeback purposes;
- Fraud signals relating to abusive accounts: up to 5 years, to prevent re-registration;
- Support correspondence: 24 months;
- Server logs: 90 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. California residents additionally have rights to know, delete, correct and to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any right, email partnerships@freewowgold.com from your registered address. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact partnerships@freewowgold.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use TLS in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and logging. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email.
